Meet The Team
Robert Schneider
Robert has been the owner of County Wide Windows since 1999. In 2002, he brought Pella Brand certification to the company, elevating the quality and credibility of its services. Two years later, he introduced the “remodel method” to enhance the appearance and efficiency of window replacement projects. A proud veteran, Robert served in the United States Marine Corps during the 1980s. Today, he oversees sales management, installations, and front office operations, ensuring every project meets the company’s high standards.
Brady Rusinek
Brady first worked with County Wide Windows during high school in 2015 and 2016, assisting with installations and learning the trade early on. After serving six years in the Ohio Army National Guard, including a deployment to the Middle East, he returned to County Wide in 2023. Brady now contributes his skills in installations, sales, and service, bringing both technical expertise and a strong sense of discipline to the team.
Terri Prendergast
Terri is our Customer Service and Office Manager, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with care and efficiency. With over 30 years of experience in the customer service industry, she plays a key role in scheduling, coordinating deliveries, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Dave Krantz
Dave is our Installation and Crew Manager, overseeing projects with precision and care. He has been in the carpentry industry for over 25 years, specializing in door and window framing as well as expert carpentry. Since joining County Wide in 2019, Dave has played a vital role in ensuring every installation is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
