My husband and I just wanted to send you a follow-up email and thank you for the great experience we had with your company.
Nick was out a couple of weeks ago to replace our large front window. He was very professional and did a great job, along with the other two guys on the job.
We did have an issue on the first day the window was scheduled to be installed. A part didn’t arrive on the truck with the windows so the job had to be rescheduled but Terry in the office was great and easy to work with and made sure to follow up with me. I also appreciated her following up by sending out our receipt and a copy of our warranty in the mail.
So, thank you for the good experience, and we appreciate the good customer service too which seems to be lacking with businesses anymore. Maybe that’s why it stuck out so much with us!
